Contractors submit competitive quotes for your project. The platform charges a small revenue share on completed work — the rate depends on your project size. There are no hidden fees and developers post projects for free.
Most construction projects receive their first competitive quote within 72 hours of posting. High-demand trades like general contracting, HVAC, and plumbing typically receive quotes even faster.
PXLeadGen supports all major construction trades including general contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete, framing, drywall, painting, landscaping, and specialist subcontractors. All contractors on the platform are licensed in California.
Contractors on PXLeadGen are required to provide their California State License Board (CSLB) license number during registration. We encourage contractors to keep their license, insurance, and bonding information up to date on their profile.
PXLeadGen uses a secure payment system: 50% is paid upfront when you select a contractor, and 50% is released upon project completion. Both the developer and contractor must confirm completion before final payment releases.
