PXLeadGen is a platform that connects contractors with potential customers ("Leads") through an auction-based system. We provide:

• Access to validated leads in your service area and niche
• Auction-based bidding system for lead acquisition
• Subscription-based access to the platform
• Lead delivery and contact information upon successful bid

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fees

Access to the Service requires a monthly subscription fee. Current pricing is available on the platform. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your account.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Auction and Bidding Terms

5.1 Bidding Process

Leads are sold through an auction system. By placing a bid, you agree to:

• Pay the full bid amount if you win the auction
• Use the lead information solely for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Winning Bids

If you win an auction, you must:

• Complete payment within the specified timeframe
• Contact the lead in a professional and lawful manner
• Not resell or share lead information with third parties

5.3 Lead Quality

We validate leads to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee:

• That leads will respond to your contact
• That leads will result in closed business
• The accuracy of all lead information

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6.2 Lead Refunds

Refunds for won leads may be issued if:

• The lead contact information is incorrect or unreachable
• The lead explicitly states they are not interested in services
• You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving lead information

Refund requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Resell or redistribute lead information
• Use automated systems to place bids
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PXLeadGen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PXLEADGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PXLeadGen from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PXLeadGen operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
